The project aims to consolidate and develop experiences during the program Interreg IIIa, in order to test models and processes to ensure transparency insubrian labor market, in sectors characterized by a strong exchange borders. The project aims to innovate the training models, consistent with experiments in Switzerland and in Lombardy, on learning related to the experience work (workplace learning) and the validation of learning, however acquired. VALID.O intends to follow the implementation of such procedures in the construction sector, subject to intervention in the previous period, and in the hospitality sector. The project aims to contribute to the formation of specialized operators and pay attention to the relationship between innovative ways of learning, validation of skills and labor policies, evolving network of relationships between the partners. / Il progetto mira a consolidare e sviluppare esperienze realizzate nel corso del programma Interreg IIIa, ai fini di sperimentare modelli e processi finalizzati a garantire la trasparenza del mercato del lavoro insubrico, nei settori caratterizzati da un forte interscambio transfrontaliero. Il progetto vuole innovare i modelli di formazione, coerentemente alle sperimentazioni in atto in Svizzera e in Lombardia, sull'apprendimento collegato all'esperienza di lavoro (workplace learning) e sulla validazione degli apprendimenti comunque acquisiti. VALID.O intende seguire l'implementazione di tali procedure nel settore edile, oggetto di intervento nel precedente periodo, e nel settore turistico-alberghiero. Il progetto vuole contribuire alla formazione di operatori specializzati e presta attenzione alla relazione tra percorsi innovativi di apprendimento, validazione delle competenze e politiche del lavoro, evolvendo la rete di relazioni tra i soggetti partner.
