The involvement and mobilization of youth as well as making them to be active is not an easy task, especially nowadays, and it is particularly true for the involvement of disadvantaged people. There is a growing proportion of the lack of interest;the convenience and the lack of action can be observed among the majority of young people, and the NEET young people are almost unattainable in society,so to reach this layer is especially important for youth professionals;and in addition to this, the lack of tolerance can be observed in many societies, that for our own problems,we make poor and marginalized people to be responsible, even when there is no work or the opportunities offered by the social network are few. Our objective is to present methodologies and good examples during the youth exchange, which makes it easier to motivate young people and to make them act in order to actively participate in everyday life as European citizens, to do actively for their environment,as well to accept the disadvantaged,be tolerant and not to blame marginalized people for something that they have nothing to do with.In the exchange we would like to achieve that the participating student leaders, youth leaders and youngsters be able to accept the people with multiple disadvantages;be able to view in their worlds, because it might be a cliché,but we are usually afraid of the unknown,so we specifically focus on getting the young people to know disadvantaged people through various non-formal tasks and situations. The main theme of the exchange is the active involvement of young people with fewer opportunities into the different tasks, by which they can learn to be an active part of the society and they can quit from their disadvantaged situation. We would like to present different activities and good practices and share them with others on international level,as well as to exchange ideas, thereby helping each other’s work. With the exchange we would like to achieve that more and more young people get to know the European values and more and more young people join in the local life actively;what is more,to generate local initiatives, since one of our most important European values is tolerance and acceptance. The project introduces important European values, and in a non-formal way, make them livable for young people: tolerance, acceptance, structured dialogue, non-formal learning, volunteering, Erasmus +, gender equality, cultural diversity, linguistic diversity-we focus on all of these in our project,as well as on tolerance and acceptance. In the exchange,6 EU countries and 1non-EU country participate, and the gender ratio of the participants will be equal as well.By the exchange, young people become tolerant and active in their countries and regions, they accept disadvantaged people;at the same time engage them in their own programs through their own channels, and as peer supporters, they can lead this process;this is the most important message of the project. In the project, young people prepare more informational material, clips,DVDs,Facebook campaigns, by which they can promote tolerance, acceptance,European citizenship,Erasmus+,volunteering.
