The project is a partnership for the realization of Educational mobility between organizations from Bulgaria and Germany. With the project Nevrokop Vocational High School "Dimitar Talev" -Gotse Delchev applies for a European program for education, training, youth and sport "Erasmus +" under KD 1: Educational mobility for citizens; type of activity: Mobility of students and staff in VET. The application will be submitted to the Center for Human Resources Development. The project "Acquiring practical skills in a competitive environment for realization on the labor market" is initiated by Nevrokop Vocational High School "Dimitar Talev". The students are trained in a technology professional field - computer technics and technology and industrial electronics. Our school has gained experience in the field of practical training of students through providing practice in small companies. Partner of Nevrokop Vocational High School "Dimitar Talev" is UEAG gGmbH, with headquarters in Jena, Thuringia, Germany. The organization works in the field of vocational training and integration of young people. UEAG gGmbH has experience that is associated with the mobility in Europe, complying with the objectives of program "Erasmus +". The project aims at: application of scientific theoretical knowledge and practical skills in vocational training in a real work environment; building a relationship between education and business; increasing the students’ interest in the profession; development of social and language skills; forming a European awareness. The project "Acquiring practical skills in a competitive environment for realization on the labor market" is aimed at a target group of 48 students aged 17-18 years who are studying in grades 11 and 12 in field "Technics", specialty "Computer technics and technology "and specialty " Industrial electronics ". Some of them have some experience / practical / from their participation in the project "School practices". The project activeities will be implemented through 56 mobilities which are organized into four streams, including 12 students and 2 accompanying persons. Length - 14 days. Nevrokop Vocational High School "Dimitar Talev"has the following role in the Project: *Signs a contract with the National Agency, with UEAG gGmbH and the participants / students / in the project. * Makes the selection of participants in the project; * Carries out preliminary cultural and linguistic preparation of the participants; * Devises a joint program for the project together with the German partner; * Preparation for the trip – making insurance for the participants in the mobility, conducting a briefing on safety when traveling; * Preparation of accounting reports; * Carries out a continuous monitoring and keeps adequate records; * Informs about the results after completion of the project. UEAG gGmbH has the following role in the Project: * Preparation and signing of a contract between Nevrokop Vocational High School "Dimitar Talev" and UEAG gGmbH. * Providing the workplaces for the practice; * Providing host companies; * Holding a final meeting for reporting the achieved results. As a result of the realization of the Project the students will acquire and improve professional and personal competencies; theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the relevant specialty; communication; language skills; teamwork skills; initiative. The achieved results will have a huge impact on Nevrokop Vocational High School "Dimitar Talev": the image of the school as an educational institution will enhance; establishment of new partnerships; cooperation between business and school. Impact on the target groups: validation of the professional competences in the European Union; motivating the participants for further learning.
