PROJECT
FINISHED
The project is aimed at developing and implementing the obtained professional knowledge by the students from theVocational School of Electrical engineering and Electronics in Gorna Oryahovitza in a real working environment in the European Union. The project includes the participation of 20 students of class XII in " Lomonosov " engineering school , studying " Electrical engineering and Power engineering " and " Electronics, automation , communication and computer equipment ." By participating in the project we want to increase the attractiveness of the professions, to implement innovation in vocational education and training in order for us to be more competitive on the European market and to contribute to the successful realization of the users of this project on the labor market. Since the school has a tradition in the training of specialists on regional and national level who find employment in major companies and electrical industry , the aim of the project is to acquaint the students as professionals with more information on electricity , the design of equipment for wind turbines and recycling of electrical and electronic components so that they can implement it in the future realization .
Our main priority is ,through the implementation of the project ,to introduce students to the recycling of discarded products and the production of energy from renewable energy sources as well as to learn from the English experience in this field .
Our main aim is to encourage the students to apply the acquired basic knowledge , habits and skills of general and sectoral vocational training in a real working production environment. This will improve the practical knowledge and skills of the students ,their work in a team and their self employment , their abilities to cope with different situations, will enrich their knowledge about the organization of the activity in the plant, will help them obtain a real picture of the organization and dynamics of production processes in the electrical industry and processing of old equipment in a country member of the European Union , and will improve the prospects and opportunities of the students for future integration into the labor market .
We have also included the placement that will take place in March- April 2015 /from 29.03. to 18.04./for the students of class XII in London , UK.
Within three weeks, a group of students will practice in manufacturing enterprises .They will be introduced to European standards in the construction of various types of power plants, as well as specifications of production of energy from renewable sources and recycling of discarded equipment in the UK.
Upon accomplishing the activities envisaged in the project we want to achieve the implementation of the acquired professional knowledge and skills in a real working environment ,to improve the correlation between the placements in our professional school and the requirements of the employers .This will improve feedback between vocational education and the real production sector as a basis for comparison of our requirements and criteria set out in the state educational requirements for occupations and European standards for training and qualification.
What the students have learned will be further summarized and proposed as information for the employers in the region. Due to increasing demand and shortage of trained professionals in the field of energy production , design and construction of eolic facilities and recycling, the experience and the acquired innovation will help with successful implementation in the labor market.
Working in a foreign language environment would enrich and improve the language skills of students and increase the intercultural connections , their impressions of the traditions , lifestyle and activities in the United Kingdom
