Policy NGO "Tehnical Training Bulgaria LTD” is supporting the social and professional integration of people who train with us, offering them a modern European education.The main objective of the project is to train our staff with safe and proficient techniques before exposing them to the construction labour market, thereby increasing the Bulgarian skill base through best practice.The project “Implementation of European advancements in the construction industry for trainers of low-skilled staff” corresponds to the program " Erasmus +" for the training of staff working in the field of adult education by enabling information access to services for lifelong learning.The participants in the adult educational staff are 11. They are long-time qualified trainers who need to improve their professional skills in specific areas of construction industry.Activities for quality educational mobility will be implemented and organized through preparatory activities concerning cultural and language training, with a choice of participants /coordinator, travel, accommodation and insurance. Coordinator and manager of our company will be responsible for signing contracts with partners and individuals. For quality control of the project a coordinator will monitor our organization with the assistance of the mentor - trainer. English partner will be responsible for offering work program which meets the needs of our staff. Tools will be used for monitoring and evaluation process in the form of questionnaires, self- report forms, practical tests, and meetings - presentations.The training methods used will be in two forms, -training event and job shadowing observation. Conducted at different sites of the partner organization ultimately end up with a theoretical and practical examination. 6.Results of the project will include increased professionalism and advanced language skills of participants and a quality improvement in training offered by "Training Tehnical Bulgaria " LTD. All results will be accessible through pictures, reports, surveys, brochures, CD presentations, knowledge and skills of our staff, as well as certificates describing the skills and qualifications.7.We expect that the impact of the project on our participants will be focusing on professional development, personal and linguistic competence in a foreign, real working environment . They will improve their theoretical and practical skills in a new field in the construction industry, will increase their scope and subject matter for teaching allowing them to expand opportunities for career development.Our organization will enhance its competitiveness through innovative ideas and expand partnership opportunities with organizations from the member states with joint participation of realizing other projects. Allowing our centre to offer an even higher quality of professionalism in the construction industry in Bulgaria through will trained and modern business practices.The host organization will gain a greater understanding of ​​the experience and capabilities of the Bulgarian specialists, increasing their confidence to form future partnerships for joint implementation of projects.Implementation of educational mobility will indirectly benefit those who train our staff improving their opportunity for future permanent employment. The construction company will have trained professionals and executives in specialized sectors of the construction industry.Long-term benefits will be for the benefit of society as a whole, as our trained staff will begin to build homes to modern standards and techniques in construction.
