The starting point is to develop the integration of teaching, guidance counselling and training of athletes students. The project helps to find out how these things are done in the partnerschool. The new practices will be adapted in the own senior high school and new ways of working will be developed based on the ideas of the project. The aim of the project to solve following issues - school management and organisation - coordination of school practices and sports - teaching of the young top athletes with other students in classes - development of guidance counselling and concretisation of dual career concept. For this purpose the representatives of following fields will be participating in the project - school management - sports coordination - teaching staff - guidance counsellor. The goal is to exchange experiences and to create a network between the partner schools and to develop new practices to benefit the combining sports and studying. The results of the project will be used in the official sports schools of Finland (senior high schools, vocational schools and sports academies.
