The economy of Ceylanpınar town is based on husbandry. Our region is under the effect of Mediterranean Climate and despite it’s being convenient greenhouse cultivation, greenhousing newly becomes popular. Cattle and sheep are raised. Our town deals with agriculture and stock raising, tries to raise alternative harvest with high added value in agriculture, and tries to have highly productive flocks in husbandry. Our Project themes are determined in the light of these studies, and the results are expected to contribute to the studies. Our objectives within the scope of this Project are;Within the context of this Project, our students will do intership by examining multiple pregnancy of animals and medical aromatic plant growing in greenhouses. By this means, our students will learn innovative approaches by improving vocational knowledge and skills, and they will apply them in their work field. Our students will contribute to development of this sector in our city by extending their internship acquisitions they get at world leader Holland. Besides, by moving their culture and skills to European countries, they will introduce our culture. The attendants will have the chance of comparing the practices in Holland and Turkey, will learn the usage of technological tools and materials in the field of agriculture and stock raising. The attendants will have the chance to improve their aggressive spirit and team work, develop communication skills and improve foreign language skills. Our Project which contributes educational equalization, will motivate our students and make them have self-confidence. Our Project will prove that women can successfully participate in animal husbandary, and will contribute to abolishing gender differences in this field.Our number of participants and profile within the scope of this project;Our attendant group consists of 24 intern students and 2 accompanying teachers. Our students are the ones who study at our school’s Stock Raising and Health and Agriculture Department. Also, the reason why our students chose to study at this school is that their families makes commercial activities in this field. For this reason, our students have the experience thanks to their families daily life. The criterions for choosing accompanying teachers will be; having the needed information about the project, having the foreign language skills, having the experince of carrying out a project. The participants will be detected according to the criterions defined by considering the project theme and activities.Definition of activities:In this context; the participants will be provided the opportunity of making preparations in the fields of Vocational Language Training, Cultural and Social, Risk Aversion and Security. Also, in the context of preparetion activities, project management team will organize all the official preparations about the mobility process. The participants will do interships while the schools are on holiday, between the dates of 23rd January and 07th February with 12 students and 1 accompanying teacher at Demokwekerij Westland, with 12 students and 1 accompanying teacher at CRV4ALL. The number of the interns was kept low intentionally, to be able to raise the quality of internship by negotiating with the partners.The evaluation reports of the mobility activities, will be discussed during the evaluation meetings with the participation of all attendants, project acquisitions will be defined by brainstorming. During the period of assessment, a questionnaire will be conducted to all participants and the progress of project’s meeting the expectations will be defined comparatively. Within the scope of dissemination activities, a brochure and a declarative CD of the project will be prepared. The project will be disseminated to target audience by means of live meetings, seminars, business tours and sharing dissemination materials.
