Nowadays, with the use of emerging Technologies, the requirement in technical manpower has increased. Information age, not only changes in electronics and computer technology, but also the changes substantially qualifications expected from individuals. The changes are making training a necessity for adults in lifetime. Vocational training is effective in the rate of success of trained skill and technical work force in business life. Therefore, in vocational training a system that new changes and new needs that will arise taken into consideration should be implemented. The main reason we carried out project was to provide training to students from “Sick and Elderly Care” department in patient lifting and handling techniques field, from “Child Development” development in “Psycho-Motor Development” field in Europe. 16 of our students participated in each activity. The main objectives of the project were as follows, To provide - Our students to see different educational systems in Europe, - To be aware of these differences in the education system, - The progress for the language level of students and increase in their self-confidence, - Learning of different cultures - Create awareness in their fields with education they received in Europe, transfer new information from Europe to our country by acquired equipment, knowledge and skills. Our project took place as two activities and a total of 32 students accompanied by four companion teachers in Spain and Germany. Our students first get education in the sick and elderly services field in Gesforem Educational Institutions in Spain. Our activities covered two weeks period. Our first activity will take place in Spain between 12.04.2015 and 25.04.2015, and our second activity will take place in Germany between 10.05.2015 and 23.05.2015. Old age is a process having biological, chronological and social aspects that is not possible to prevent. Because of prolongation of human life and as a result of that increase in the elderly population, old age has become even more important today. Due to Turkey's population and social structure, old age has not been yet out widespread social problem level. With this project, our students received training in Elderly and Health Services field in Europe and had extensive knowledge on how to solve this problem. In addition, they were able to observe the differences and similarities in education between the two countries. They learned the best possible care for our elders and learned what can be done in order to spend their old age stages more smoothly and comfortably. Because, living environment for individuals is important and it is observed that individuals having sufficient support in their living environment feel better, have more positive attitudes and behavior. Providing this environment, is in the hand of staff involved in sick and elderly services. Another issue handled in our project has been Psycho-Motor Development. Psychomotor development is defined as physical growth and gaining arbitrary mobility of organism in parallel with development of the central nervous system. Early childhood education and special education are taking an important place in child development and education, knowing child and development of child is considered to recognize people. Like adults, children need to move. Using joints, muscles and vocal chords in purpose is called motor movements. The development of motor behavior of children forms as reflexes, posture of the movement, walking, running, and jumping skills. Motor development is physical growth and development along with gaining arbitrary mobility of organism as a result of cerebrospinal development. Increase in weight, growth in height and muscle development, in other words physical development holds an important place in development of the nervous system and the muscles in parallel with movement and the acquisition of skills. First years are the critical years that child development is faster. One of the development areas that will be founded during early development years is psycho-motor development. With this project, our students both be preferred in business sector as experts in their field and have the opportunity to get to know different cultures and people. They increased their linguistic competence by taking language courses in the scope of preparation and having chance to practice it.
