The project ,, Unlimited Opportunities " of Association" Children with special needs", town Madan ,based for discrimination ,consisting of physical and intellectual disabilities, which is a serious and common problem among young people in all European societies. Stereotypical thinking about young people with special needs provoke discriminatory attitudes and behavior. Most often they ignoring them in communication, jointly activities and teamwork with them. The focus of the project is put on the specifics of these discriminatory practices in European countries and the opportunities for involvement of young people with special needs in public life and activity. We plan to include young people with disabilities and their peers from different countries in a practical trainigs, because the project has an goal to teach young people how to communicate and work together. The main purpose of the project is to create a platform for meeting, discussion and cooperation of European youth interested in the problems of discrimination based to physical and intellectual disabilities. To achieve the purpose of the project we plan training directed to development in : communication skills, teamwork, team management, problem solving, motivation, integration and communication in a team with young people with special needs. They will know working methods and communication with people with special needs. Participants will receive important information about the social roles of young people with special needs and will discuss opportunities for social self-expression. Will be examined and the extent of cooperation with them. Youth will take a part in training sessions for planning projects and initiatives in the prevention of discrimination and violence towards them. The working methods of the program include lectures, debates, group discussions, brainstorming, role games, team work, case studies and simulations. In the activity will involve 38 people (36 participants and 2 experts) We intend to realized the program in Smolyan between 24 to 31 July 2011. Partners in the training course "" are national organizations of students in the humanities from Europe - Greece, Turkey, Itay and Romania.
