Youth exchange United in Diversity - accept and embrace differences is prepared and designed for the youth groups from 8 countries (Romania, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Spain, Malta, Denmark and Belgium) with focus on young people without previous international interaction. Main aim is to foster their skills in international and intercultural communication, breaking stereotypes and active participation in the local community and also wider society. Youth groups of 4 young people accompanied with group leader will meet for 8 days to learn about the intercultural communication with the support of various types of non-formal education and methods such as games, teambuilding activities, interactive workshops, role-plays, visits etc. Particular attention will be given to track learning outcomes of the participants as these will be the main disseminators of the project results after the exchange. After coming back to their home national organisations and local communities, they will carry on games, presentations and short videos on the intercultural communication and learning on the very same day and talk about their experience - this will highlight even more the main motto or the project and of the European Union as well.
