The project aims to improve access to urban services and integration, by creating a stable institutional network border between the municipalities of the high Tyrrhenian sea, able to promote joint policies to improve access to public services for urban people and businesses. The project aims to promote excellence on the topic of urban services in urban realities of medium-small and in rural communes. The experiments concerning joint innovative solutions in the cultural, social and educational and tourist accommodation. Expected Results:  Improving access to urban public services for people and businesses that are located in rural areas and strengthening of links between urban and rural  Strengthening of institutional cohesion and the capacity to tackle local issues across borders  Reduction of social exclusion and strengthening of the labor market and increase in quality of life
