UNetBA will enable and organize mobility of 234 Maghreb nationals (Unidergraduate, Master, Doctorate, post-Doc and staff) to EU universities and 20 European Post doctorates and Staff to universities. Each of the 13 Maghreb partner-universities will send to EU partner-universities undegraduate, masters, doctoral and post-doctoral students and staff members – academic/administrative. This mobility will have significant impact on the capacity of the Maghreb partner universities. The main instruments of the project will be that knowledge of students and teachers gained in European universities will be distributed at home universities to enhance the results of the project. Mobility under the UNetBA project is open to all fields of study, yet subject areas within the Business and Administration fields will be encouraged. Hence, the objective of the UNetBA project is the strengthening the potential of education system in all fields of studies, with an emphasis on business, management, tourism and enterprises - provision of the modern education techniques, best world practices and wide range of specific literature within the selected field. On the base of globalization and integration, multiculturalism and world economy competition it is necessary to create strong educational programs in order to benefit the needs of third countries in future well educated open-minded and intelligent leaders.
