Our project “Learning teacher teach well” is intended to raise the quality of school work in various fields in particular sport and working with students with special needs in the field of education.Through the implementation of the project we want to achieve the following objectives:- Pedagogical employees will acquire language skills in the field of communication, the pronunciation and intonation- Gain new skills through observation of work colleagues from abroad with a particular focus on sport- Their new competences will be certified the Europass – Mobility- We will use new methods of work on the various lessons and, in particular, during sports activities- We will be in a wider range of TIK tools at work- We know the ways of working with students with special educational needs in the partner school- We know the school work in another countryWe plan 26 of which 10 mobility will be related to language training and 16 on the observation of the work of their partner school. Participants will be selected according to the criteria for the needs of the school and cover letter which will set up for this purpose by the Commission. We have partnered with two schools, one in Germany, one in Finland. German school in addiction to the observation of their work provides us with further knowledge of the specifics of work of sport coaches , as it works with the local Handball Club and, like our school has a sports class. For this reason , we want to get involved in the project number of teachers of psychical education. While our partners from Finland specialize in working with young people with special educational needs, and because in our school comes from the students want to be similar problems take a look at the work of teachers in this regard. Participants will have the task of training the entire group of pedagogical, so everyone can use the known working methods and organizational solutions in everyday practice. Wider use of new technologies in teaching and increase the competence of teachers, thanks to the acquisition of language skills for communication not only cooperation, but also greater cultural awareness will lead to their greater involvement in networking to enable active participation in social life and development of their sense of European citizenship and identity, which will be able to pass on to his disciples so they can enhance their knowledge and awareness of other cultures and the same increase your chances of employment in the future the European market.
