Our project aims to improve the environment of existence and the possibilities for realization of young people in small communities as we are to achieve sustainable and active presence of young people in the labor market at the local level and encourage local authorities to work with young people by improving the regulations and increasing active citizenship and motivate young people to enhance their participation in local government. Itself as an instrument structured dialogue is dependent on the equal participation of each party and its effectiveness is directly related to the particular profile of the participants in this forum - government officials , representatives of local government , media, youth NGOs , informal youth groups. In this connection, will be realized our goal to enhance the skills of young decision makers youth organizations, professional and responsible participation in the representation of interests and ideas and their cleverly protected and enforced . This will respectively increase the quality of participation of young members in the planning and implementation of youth policy at local level. The project involves 60 participants , of which 40 are representatives of youth organizations and young people who are highly motivated to develop skills and timing skills with other youth representatives and 20 representatives of institutions and media . Project activities will be implemented in three modules ( 2 days) that follow a logical sequence as follows: - The first module is the possibility of a meeting between youth representatives and the institutions by conducting the National Youth Meeting: "Participation of young people in local youth policies' representatives responsible for youth policy in Bulgaria institutions - the Ministry of Education , Ministry of Youth and sport given by Ministry of Labour and social Policy , employment Agency, the Agency for social Assistance and local municipalities. - Module - summary of information provided by participants and an analysis of the level of knowledge of youth communities in Bulgaria on key topics for their life and development, namely : Youth inclusion, health , education, youth employment. This information ( feedback ) which will serve to improve the structured dialogue between youth organizations and institutions that are conducive to public policy for young hora.Shte resolution be prepared with suggestions and recommendations for changes in legislation regarding youth policies and their implementation locally, which will send local and national institutions responsible for youth policy . - The third module will introduce and develop specific skills in participants scheduling of documents , skills for public presentation and defense of the summarized results to the institutions that are directly related to the implementation of these policies. Youth representatives will have the opportunity for practical work by analyzing the collected opinions, summarize information and choose an appropriate form of a policy document . As a result of this module, participants will be familiar with the administrative procedures and the way in which to push their ideas and suggestions.
