The main objectives are to enable young people to develop cultural and intercultural skills, and acquire artistic skills. We strongly believe that artistic practice is one of the main ways to break the language barrier and promote intercultural encounter. Preparation for the show 'End of Stay' is, therefore, the main objective to reach these goals. In relation to this, we believe that skills that young people will obtain from this project can be used in their personal and professional future, because for many of them they are transferable and required for the future perspectives.
This project also promotes the mobility of young people.
Since the first international project took place in Europe, youth exchange started its important mission. Youth exchanges play a significant role in International Projects because they combine humanistic values , give an opportunity to explore new cultures, meet different kinds of people and show respect to each other, and more importantly rise awareness of general interest actions.
Club Marpen has already committed for several years in the development of partnerships with youth organizations in Europe to motivate young Charente.
Among other things, there are different problems and needs that we want to address through this project and opportunities to increase the level of youth employment , the development of artistic skills and mobility of young people.
The " Mega Tusson Kulte " is a youth exchange for people aged 15 to 17. French and Lithuanian exchange, which will run from 4 to 24 August 2014 in the village of Tusson, will give an opportunity for young people to actively participate in the organization of a rural site. The initiative will be presented on August 22 , 2014 in Tusson.
This youth exchange aims to promote the passage in the reality where cultures live and where cultures meet, interact and enrich each other.
