´Trilce´ aims to strengthen the employability of disadvantaged groups and individuals by developing a vocational and occupational training programme to prepare them for job-creation initiatives in socio-economic co-operatives. The starting point of this project is the successful result of work undertaken in the European Union social programmes DEDALO and TESEO on the integration of these groups into the social economy. The project will produce a curriculum and training programme based on the concepts, systems and practices underlying these programme experiences. The partner's project team will develop and test the curricula and training modules. It will also create a training itinerary in the various partners' countries. A methodological guide to designing training programmes for social and employment integration will be produced. All materials will be published in electronic and printed form and will be available in Spanish, French, Italian and German.
