This application is developed by a partnership very commeted for innovative cooperation between VET educational sector and the employers. Our aim is to develop and put in place an easy to use and efficient tool, empowering the teachers together with tutors, their partners from companies, and students to better cooperate in a work based context. The tool intend to strengthen the both components of Work Based Education in a simultaneous approach: the students` perspective - the LEARNING and the tutors`-educators` perspective - the TEACHING one.We expect that the users of the proposed tools will be better prepared for the labor market requirements, in a continuous change. More specific, we look for a better employability skills of the graduates, demonstrated skills and proper behaviors, including readiness to take their first relevant job. The development of the tool is based on the conclusions and recommendations collected directly from the employers representatives, asking for the design of the Work Based Learning sessions structured in SMALL FEEDBACK CYCLES. The tool will provide the facilities for the feedback, evaluation and recognition of the acquired results for each of these small cycles. The tool will support the communication and understanding among the three factors of the teaching-learning process, the student, the educator and the tutor, giving sense to the aimed TRIALOG, that is supposed to be the most efficient solution to ensure the effectiveness of the work based learning sessions. Our direct target group is made up of VET schools, and their partners, in deploying work based learning sessions. The mixed teams created by tutors & teachers working with the students group, will pilot the diverse facilities of the TRIALOG tool, with its various features, and being accessible also as mobile tool, for in real time feedback and communication. The tutors and teachers will benefit from a short term joint staff training, during which their expertise will be valorized, and the best experience of our German partner will empower them with new behaviors and increased self-esteem. The first phase of the project will be dedicated to the development of the tool, while the second one will offer the possibility to practically demonstrate the usefulness of the whole process. During this second phase the 15 TRIALOG teams will put in practice the tool, during a whole learning cycle, implemented with students. After these sessions the participants will have the opportunity to participate at a public skills demo session. These sessions will validate the demonstrated competencies, thus the project offer the possibility for students and their tutors to receive the validation and recognition of their performances in an international context, through the blended mobility organized by our partner in Germany, using as reference their expectations. In this way we expect to receive recommendations for the needed improvement, and the international validation of the partnership results. In the direct activities will be involved at least 15 TRIALOG teams, 30 experts, tutors & teachers, working together with students. At least 45 students will attend a whole learning cycle, and 20 students will demonstrate their competencies in the public demo session within the Blended Learning Mobility activity. At least 810 persons will be reached by our activities, as indirect beneficiaries. 5 multiplier events are planned, in the partner countries, and the dissemination plan includes six type of activities ( D.1- D6), covering the targeted stakeholders. The designed intellectual outputs aims to empower the cooperation between schools and companies, through O.1. – the Work Based TEACHING tool. This will support the induction of the new teachers and tutors which decide to embrace the work based learning approach. The Work Based LEARNING tool, is the component designed to support the recognition of the DEMONSTRATED competencies of the students, a mutual recognition issued by the employers and the teachers. This component will be further developed to be linked to the ECVET tools in their operational phases. The partnership is dedicated to further multiply the use of the tool at regional and European level, this process being enforced by the third intellectual output, developed by the partner with the most relevant expertise in monitoring and project evaluation, for a real sustainability.
