The project is targeted to teachers, trainers and pedagogues in continuous training in any professional area and aims at adaptation of educational and pedagogical methods based on Emotional Intelligence skills to the continuous training. Emotional Intelligence includes personal skills (as adaptability, reliability, self-control, adaptability) and social skills (as leadership, team working, conflict resolution, organisational skills). The far sight objective is to promote workers’ personal and social skills in order to facilitate the new trends in business management implementation. The project will elaborate a comparative analysis of good practices in training emotional skills, analyse the pedagogical methods and design methodological tool and handbook for teachers. The partners will disseminate information and results on project web page, sending booklets, writing articles for journals, organising seminars, workshops and experts’ meetings.
