The project is based on the partnership between Obrtna tehnička škola Split, Croatia and Lycée Pierre Joël Bonté from Riom, France and RBZ from Kiel, Germany, as well. Obrtna tehnička škola has participated before in six mobility projects: four times in Leonardo da Vinci mobility projects, Erasmus+ 2014. KA1 mobility in partnership with company Your International Training from Cork, Ireland and Erasmus+ 2015 KA1 in partnership with company euroMind and school SAFA from Sevilla, Spain and RBZ from Kiel, Germany, as well. We used the experiences gained in these mobility projects to prepare the application for new mobility project.Specific goals of this mobility project are incorporated into the European educational priorities and strategies for vocational education and refer to specific needs of participants. These are : familiarization with new equipment and technologies in the field , exploring different organization of work through job training at companies /school workshops (students) and teaching/training assignments (teachers), exploring the cultural and historical heritage of the host country, the improvement of social, communication skills and linguistic skills, development and improvement of transversal skills: critical thinking, taking initiative, problem solving and participation in teamwork, as well as popularization of craft.Our participants of mobility in Kiel, Germany are 8 selected students educating for the professions in the area of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering : 2 car mechanics, 2 car electricians, 2 electrical mechanics and 2 electricians . The selected professor of the practical group of subjects will accompany them. The mobility will last for two weeks : from March 23,2017 to April 8,2017. Two professors (the English teacher and the practical training teacher) will undertake teaching/training assignments during the period of one week: from March 23,2017 to March 30,2017 .The participants of mobility in Riom, France are 8 selected students educating for the professions in the area of mechanical engineering and woodworking: 2 heating and air conditioning installers, 2 plumbers, 2 carpenters and 2 carpenter technicians-designers. The professor of the practical group of subjects will accompany them. The mobility will last for two weeks: from March 23, 2017 to April 8, 2017. Two professors (the English teacher and the practical training teacher) will undertake teaching/training assignments during the period of one week: from March 23,2017 to March 30,2017.All the students and teachers will have pre-requisite professional, cultural, linguistic, pedagogical and informatics preparation for mobility, within which the school will have additional English , History , Art history , Geography and IT lessons , while the school psychologist will take part in pedagogical preparation. Implementation of mobility project will include: school project team ( school principal, coordinator of practical training and leader - coordinator of the project ), teachers-companions who participated in previous projects, English teacher, History teacher, teacher of Fine arts , Geography teacher and IT teacher. During the mobility, students will carry out practical training in specialized companies/ school workshops. Their work will be constantly supervised and monitored by the teachers and experts from the workshops. Teachers - companions , who are also students' mentors and monitor their progress in craft workshops, where they perform practical training , will have the opportunity to visit the host companies and become familiar with their structure and organization. During the mobility, teachers will participate in classes in the partner schools. They will make the presentation of our school and will have the opportunity to familiarize with the structure and organization of the partner schools and host companies, as well. At the end of this mobility, participantswill receive certificates from school and partner institution, as well as the Europass Mobility document.Participation in this mobility project will encourage development of personal and professional skills of the participants. Advancing the professional level , along with prosperity on personal level, contributes to better employability and professional competitiveness in the labor market. Participating in mobility, teachers will enhance their professional experience and competence, as well as improve language and communication skills . Participation in this project will have positive effect and create quality experience for all teachers involved in the project (school project team, teachers who participate in the preparation of participants).After completion of the mobility school will conduct the project evaluation, dissemination of results at the level of institutions and also on the local/regional/national/international level. All participants will fulfill their final reports as well as the school.
