Within the framework of the strategy of internationalisation of the Internationaler Bund, one of Germany' s largest provider of VET training and education, it shall be reached that every VET center of the IB Süd carries out at least one international exchange per year. Based on experiences from other strategic Erasmus+ projects on work based learning, this project aims at carrying out preparatory and fact-finding measures by sending staff to international partners in Portugal and Croatia. They shall then familiarise with the other VET system, discuss possibilities of an institutionalised practical exchange programm of VET students and a joint recognition mechanism of the performances made abroad.
