Transfer of skills and innovation to deliver vocational training to develop in enterprises policies and RH process integrating Social Responsibility

The main objective of the HeRmeS-R project is to provide future trainers/tutors with the skills they need to conduct training/professional activities in subcontracting organizations so that these organizations develop policies and processes including HR social responsibility. The objective is to develop this step of vocational training with the University of Craïova in Romania, the New Bulgarian University in Sofia and the University of Lisbon in Portugal (each is supported by professional organizations) in partnership with IAS to perform these skills transfers. We will rely on a methodology and tools developed by IAS and ESCEM, all of which to be validated by FLA. From this pilot operation, we will extend our approach at European level in a first step, then at a worldwide step.
