TRANSF-DEPENDENTIC, PROJECT TO SUPPORT THOSE WORKING AS INFORMAL CARERS OF DEPENDENT PERSONSThe Project is mainly aimed at achieving the general objective of supporting those who work as informal carers of dependent persons through training and the acquisition and application of knowledge, competencies and skills which will facilitate their personal growth. To accomplish this, the Project will transfer the solutions and tools from the DependenTIC project successfully is carring out in the 23 municipalities integrating the ARACOVE (Asociación Rural Aranjuez-Comarca de las Vegas – Rural Association of Aranjuez-District of las Vegas) Association and, furthermore, will effectuate a series of actions to support and improve, on a basis of continuity and sustainability, the recognition and validation of the competencies acquired through informal learning taking place in the different national systems. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:Identify and test the innovative contents of the DependenTIC project, analyzing its potential for transference and response to the existing needs regarding transparency and the recognition of the competencies acquired through informal measures across Europe. Offer businesses – particularly SMEs and microSMEs - tools and instruments to favor the transparency and recognition of the competencies acquired by adults within the contexts of unofficial learning within the sector of services to dependent persons.Facilitate organizations, agents and stakeholders implicated in adult permanent education with a series of recommendations for the improvement of training program design within the sector of services to dependent persons.Favor cooperation amongst entities offering opportunities for learning, businesses, social agents and other organizations implicated in capacity development with adults in the working market and in the sector of services to dependent persons.Refine the valuation of informal lifelong learning which prepares persons for the performance of duties within professional positions in the labor market.
