The project consists of an experimental process of the recognition/accreditation of prior experiential learning designed for employees and job seekers in the sector of personal care. The experimentation has been carried out in each partner country by taking into account the local context and regulatory constraints. Professionals from the sector in question have been playing a major role and a certification authority has been involved in the validation of the process put in place. The French partner shared its expertise of the process of the accreditation of prior professional experiential learning and contributed to the adaptation of procedures and tools. As mentioned in the proposal submitted to the NA the European Qualifications Framework provided the reference tool to better understand and compare the levels of qualification established by the 4 partner countries for the targeted jobs.
