The consortium of this project is represented by: SC. R4-Consultanta si Formare Profesionala SRL (applicant and sending organizations), SC. Economic Confort SRL and IQ Level Association (sending organizations). The receiving organization is represented by 4emes Consultores Associados Lda, certified training company from Portugal, with role in organizing the trainings and the job-shadowing activities. The four organizations are all certified training suppliers, with experience in training activities, internships, mentoring and other activities specific to adult education, project implementation.All organizations that are part of this consortium identified the need to continue and potenciate their training departments by investing in the human resources (trainers, training coordinators, tutors, internship responsibles) through structured trening activities and job-shadowing. The focus will be placed on the introduction of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in the training activity. Therefore, the project has the following objectives: 1. Improved skills for trainers and internship tutors by the introduction of NLP principles in the training activities with the purpose of motivating, stimulating and encouraging the trainees to change their attitude towards education, work, society.2. International cooperation with the purpose of acquiring improved knowledge about the most modern teaching/evaluation/writing techniques; ensuring a long term partnership with the portuguese trening supplier.In order to achieve these objectives, the consortium will organize two structured courses mobilities for 20 participants and one job-shadowing mobility for 5 participants. The participants will be selected based on a selection methodology, designed respecting the principles of transparency, coherence and thourough documentation. They will be selected from the staff of the 3 sending organizations, the main criteria for the selection being the direct connection with the educational area (trening, mentoring and internships).The curricula of the training and job-shadowing activities will be represented by the introductory principles of NLP (power of thought, experiencial knowledge, projection of desires etc), study of the working instruments used for introducing NLP principles in the trainings activities, a thorough knowledge, from a different perspective, of the instruments used for adapting the training process to trainees’ profile and to group’s dynamics and the practical methods of applying NLP and identifying the best context to put all these elements in practice. The purpose of all the elements described beforehand is to strengthen the capacity of the participants to motivate the trainees to focus on education.The project management is ensured by the coordinating organization. The sending organizations are responsible for selecting and prior preparation of the participants. The information and disemination plan of the project will include defined methods regarding the dissemination of results obtained by the participants: new competences in the area of integrating NLP elements in the training/mentoring activity, included and detailed the Mobility Certificate. The results of the project will also be made public to: own employees, volunteers, business partners, clients and suppliers, past and future trainees, general audience. The media used for spreading the results of the project will be represented by the orgs’ sites, social media, press releases, and the dissemination event after the closure of the project.The implementation of the project will impact the PARTICIPANTS: they will acquire new competences and will become profficient in the competences already acquired in the field of using innovative teaching methods by introducing NLP elements in all stages of the traning programmes; they will achieve the consciousness of the European life-long learning space and a better understanding of the Portuguese non-formal educational system, knowledge that can be used and transfered to Romanian market, in an European and international context; impact on the ORGANIZATONS – through the strengthening of the cooperation with partners from other countries, with the purpose of achieving high standards of quality in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of European projects. The organizations will also benefit from better qualified trainers, wich will be able to organize better training actions and participative internships, to improve the quality level, excellence in innovation and reach the international status they aspire; impact on the YOUNG and ADULT trainees that will participate in the trainings and internships organized by the members of the consortium, as they will be more motivated to access the labour market and to acquire more personal and professional knowledge.
