Scouting is based on training youth and young people to be independent and responsible individuals. To respect themselves, others and the environment. This is done by informal education by piers. This seminar was meant to give young people, who are volunteer scout leaders, an opportunity to meet and share experiences. Experience international scouting at the grass root level, not far from home. Widen their network in the Nordic countries and widen their horizon on issues as gender leadership, safe to harm, and multicultural activities.
To establish cooperation on activities and/or projects that scouts at local level can participate in. To make a strategy and vision on Nordic cooperation on training and program. This will strengthen the scouting in and between the Nordic countries.
