Interpersonal relationships in modern society have changed- without any doubt- over the past decades. The intense way of life, the multiple demands and expectations – which arrive from both sides of a couple – have formed new “rules” in relationships. For an appropriate and functional relationship, there are multiple factors that are directly related to (a) correct communication among partners, (b) responsible behavior which will protect from dangerous sexual behaviors (spread of sexual transmitted diseases (STD’s), unwanted pregnancies, violence in the relationship) and (c) sexual health. Even though different, the above mentioned factors are directly related to a healthy relationship, not only affecting the individual’s well-being, but also the society.Informal Group “CHANCE”, through “T.O.Y.S. and Healthy Relationships”, will attempt to provide scientific orientation regarding healthy relationships and sexual health, while focusing on prevention of non-healthy standards in a relationship. The factors mentioned above can be established from youths, since they are the most receptive part of society – as being the active citizens of the society- in training and changes. The Youth Mobility “T.O.Y.S. and Healthy Relationships” was designed as an attempt to develop new skills and behaviors in order to have a better personal and sexual life, by bringing together non-profit organizations (NGO’s and Informal groups). Experiential learning, which applies in non- formal educational settings, will be used to achieve the goals of the project through the use of different methodologies such as case studies, role-change, dramatization, group work, creative workshops, debates etc. One of the advantages of experiential learning is the emphasis on the needs of individuals and the encouragement of sharing their experiences. The proposed project aspires to meet and promote the above objectives through the placement of 43 beneficiaries from 10 countries: Greece, Latvia, Croatia,Moldavia, Romania, Jordan, Portugal, Serbia, Egypt and FYROM. The venue of implementation of the project will be in Thessaloniki, and will run for a period of 10 days by Informal Group “CHANCE” from 24 November until 3 December 2016.
