High quality of cultural heritage in rural territories of exception is an important vector of sustainable development: economic development, social inclusion by citizen awareness of the value of collective use of buildings and landscape, insertion/qualification of public in rural territories, respect for the environment by the use of local materials. The issue of the Art' Terri project is to give access to lowly qualified or the unemployed and specifically women of rural areas to high-quality skills and knowledge about heritage to become "artisans of the territory".
