Teach to reach is youth exchange activity were will be used the best methods, skills and knowledge acquired and improved during “Train to maintain” activity. Through series of discussions, work in small groups and mixed teams, speaking English, creative workshops, media groups, simulations, sports events young people, high school students and freshmen will gain competencies of 21st century that will improve their chances on labour market once when they finish their education.
Participants for both activities come from: Germany, Netherlands,Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. In most of this countries young people face problem of unemployment in general. Educational systems are too slow to react on labour market changes and youth stays confused and not skilled enough to fight it. EDVU see competencies of 21st century as universal one that will help young people no matter profession they will do. Youth workers and youth leaders included will get a chance to meet new partners, gain knowledge, skills and methods necessary for conduction of similar project back home what is spreading the idea of project and solving problem beyond the borders of project.
