To boost innovation and knowledge based economic development by stimulating structural reforms in Tunisian higher education institutions via the implementation of a well structured, sustainable scheme for the creation and reinforcement of industry-enterprises partnerships at Tunisian Universities. The specific objectives are: "• Creation of a Universities-enterprises cooperation network comprising strategic decision-makers from government, universities & business sector as a supra-regional platform for exchange of experiences & good practices and the development of a sustainable scheme for the promotion and implementation of Universities-enterprises partnerships in Tunisia.• Strengthening of managerial, strategic and administrative capacities of personnel of the 6 Tunisian partner Universities for the implementation of university-wide collaboration with local enterprises.• Infrastructural establishment and pilot implementation of internal-interface structures (liaison offices) and services for the development and maintenance of Universities-enterprises cooperation at 6 TunisianUniversities."
