The purpose of the project is stimulate an extraordinary tourism development in the area Allinge/ Bornholm and Simrishamn/Österlen. These places are outer areas in the region and have not had the same focus touristwise as the Copenhagen-Malmo area. It is the intention that the area should be marketed as one destination with lots of possibilities for combinations. It is important that new products are generated where the attractions from this part of the region are highlighted and mixed in new exciting ways to attract different types of tourists.The project will primarily focus on strengthening the interregional tourism and trying to attract more tourists to this area of the region.
