TOTAL INCLUSION is a project that originates from the need of all the operators of the Comprehensive School “Capozzi-Galilei” to internationalize the process of teaching and learning.The objectives of the project are intented to:-develop the European and international dimension of teaching and learning;-promote the inclusion of all the school actors (pupils and adults); -improve linguistic competences;-enhance digital competences;-implement disciplinary, cross curricular and professional competences.The staff is composed of seven people: n. 1 Headmaster, n. 1 Director of Accountancy, n. 2 teachers of Primary School, n. 3 teachers of Secondary School.The activities of the structured course include workshops on the following topics:-European dimension;-Digitalisation and tools;-Innovative methods of teaching in Finland;-Crucial role of the Finnish teacher.The methodology of action-research will consist of:-Information. A general introduction on each of the topics.-Sharing. Participiants share experiences and expertise on the topic.-Creating output. Working individually or in groups on a concrete product to be used in the own school.At the end of the formative experience the following benefits are expected:SHORT TERMPHASE 1: Documentation of experience (data collection of the experience and creation of a paper/digital archive).PHASE 2: Meeting of the TEACHING BODY of the Institute to disseminate good practices (Training sessions for the 78 teachers of the Comprehensive School). Meeting with the PARENTS of the pupils in order to let them know the European formative experience, the innovative practices in teaching and learning to be held at school, the European dimension of the educational institution.Meeting with the LOCAL AGENCIES to engage them actively in new perspectives of education and training.Articles on LOCAL PRESSMID TERMPHASE 3:The teachers of the school are expected to create curricular and extra-curricular projects which give evidence of their new learning on the pupils (innovative methodologies, digital and linguistic competences, CLIL).LONG TERMPHASE 4:Improving of all the students’ learning outcomes, inclusion of every special diversity, attention to the European dimension of learning and collaboration between people and professional actors.PHASE 5:Improving of the quality of learning, good practices, positive learning environment.DISSEMINATION OF PROJECT' RESULTS Informing about the course, about the results, about th e added value for the school At school level (website, meetings; information bulletin, social media)Locally : traditional information channel (newspaper, other media)Primary school teachers and students will be informed about the innovative activities of our school Regionally and nationally: through associations of teachers and networks of schools where subject teachers and board members meet On national and innovative level; information shared via eTwinning channels
