This project includes our education staff to get a training about Total Quality Management practices and course activities. Information is rapidly growing and technology is rapidly developing since the last quarter of the 20th century. However, students and teachers’ educational needs are increasing as well. Variability and development which continue throughout individuals’ whole life is gaining more importance each day. Those needs has led the “lifelonf learning” to it’s birth and spread. Our most important goals with this project are: Our staff to eliminate existing needs, to raise awareness about the quality management, to improve competence and experience through courses. Other goals of our project are: Our students to realize their potential, to adapt to social life, to increase their employment opportunities in accordance with their career choices. In addition, our project also aims that individuals to gain the quality assuarance system of information, skills and application competences that are brought by the profession itself; towards the demands of the objectives of society and the business sector. First of all, the project’s activity will explore what does culture mean and how can our institution and teachers contribute to it’s progression. Discovered information will be disclosed and intruduced in institution. Our teachers provide participation in the activities of our project so they can create a sense of ownership in our other teachers who are unable to attend. Our project activities will be performed in cooperations with our institution and host. Participation of our teachers who will attend to the quality assurance will be provided and they will be encouraged to do self-assessment. During the execution of activities, transparency, trust, cooperation, lifelong learning, confidentiality concepts will be focused and they will be valid in all the activities. The sense of ownership of our staff will be increased through trainings and course program. They will find a chance to apply their self-assessment method into our projects monitoring program and they will increase their experience and competencies. Achievements of our participants will have a key role for our institution and our students and it will be important for our institution to increase it’s competency and quality. Employment opportunities of our students will be increased through the combination of their skills and technology with the quality management systems. Education is a right for all individuals. We will ensure equal opportunities in education and our country’s welfare will be increased through the same education of each individual.
