Project "UNITED AND UNIQUE" took place in a small, typical Czech town Pohořelice and was represented by Danijela, a volunteer from town Aidenbach in Germany. The EVS project started in October 2014 and lasted 12 months. Danijela, who has also croatian roots, brought not only German but also the Croatian culture. Danijela participated in our regular activities, such as youth club activities, assisting our pedagogues in daily work and most importantly, she was Important help with main monthly events e.g., Halloween, Children´s day, Carnivals, winter and summer camps, etc. One of Daniela´s achievements was weekly workshop “Jak se máš, Evropo?”; with a huge success she teached children of Pohořelice about Europe, EU and created a safe place for them to practice their english language skills. During EVS, Danijela also organized few workshops, like "German and Croatian Christmas cooking", “Fashion's Day", St. Valentine’s day crafts”, and others. In summer camps Aiva teached simple Croatian to group of children and leaded many ´creative afternoons´.
