The intention is to bring young people from different backgrounds and countries in contact with each other. Through personal contact and experience by mutual learning from each other and each other's culture. By performing together in different activities they get a better understanding of their future potential and their job opportunities and employment for young people in different countries. They also learn from this kind of personal contacts a better understanding of other cultures.This application is intended for a two projects. At first the Dutch participants go to Bulgaria. Within a year, the Bulgarian participants come in the Netherlands.Almost all young people have to deal with low self-esteem and / or poor conditions. From this perspective they put themselves already in a back wart position for entering the labor market. Through this project we want to support young people from underprivileged to self-reliance. Through discussions, trainings, games and examples we want the young people to learn to discover their skills and abilities and strengthen them.
