The name – Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Leaders – is based on the main topic of the project. In this project the main subject is developing youngsters knowledge about creating event, camp through theory to practice. This project involves other essentials goals: developing a sense of initiative, entrepreneurship, intercultural learning, communication skills, analytical skills, planning, development, courage and self-confidence. The project’s activity will take place in Ülenurme, Tartu County, Estonia from 10.06 till 18.06 on 2015. Total duration of the project is six months. Project’s sub-action is youth exchange. There are 45 participants from three countries – Estonia, United Kingdom and Finland. Participants are youngsters aged between 13-16 whom will feel most benefit from this project. In this project have involved young people with fewer opportunities, who is facing economical and social difficulties. The main field of study in this project is developing ourselves. The main subject includes different sub-subjects – preparation, organizing and analyzing. For these given sub-subjects there are used a lot of different methods. Beginning with discussions in small groups, group works and end with event, camp and a trip organizing. After all activities will be analyzing workshops what will give most input for youngsters future. Half of the methods are chosen by partner-countries as they are conducting the workshops themselves. All the project is processing from preparation to analyzing, every morning we are concentrating in theories through interactive methods and in the evenings we will do practical preparation for event, camp and a trip. Cultural learning will be in every group work and activity but through dance evening, sports games and farewell party youngsters have chance to get to know each other culture and experience similarities and differences. In this project all participating youngsters can share their knowledge and experience of the topic. Young people can make their village more active because of their knowledge of planning, organizing event. In the end of the project all participants understand better their role in teamwork, know more about preparing, planning, team work, initative, courage, self-confidence and analyzing aspects and other skills are more developed.
