Project have been desinged according to result of evaluation about last projects we run out together and also need of volunteers in our target group. As Siirt Youth Social Development Organisation, we aim to provide a way for young people with fever oppourtunities to make them adopted in society and to promote them to gain self-confidence with voluntary works.Our project is related to Erasmus + Programme aims in General as written in programme guide " the overall objectives of the renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field (2010-2018); Spesificly ; "In the period up to and including 2018, the overall objectives of European cooperation in the youth field should be to:(i)create more and equal opportunities for all young people in education and in the labour market; and to(ii)promote the active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity of all young people."Also, our project covers aims of Erasmus + Individual Mobilities directly and indirectly;Our projects includes EVS mobilities with 4 structured parnerships from Turkey,Georgia,Macedonia,Greece and Romania for young people with fewer oppourtunities. Project planned to increase level of social dialog, to promote intercultural leraning and support youth for self-improvement. Acitivities will be acted in non formal learning methods.Foreseen impacts and results of our project are;1- To give Volunteers chance to be part of international team, to be more creative and to take an initiative.2- To present an new alternative life style with non formal methods3- To increase self confidence of Volunteers and to organise simulations related to real life for positive experience in his oor her confort zone4- to raise European Awareness among youngsters5 -to enable youngsters get new information, skills and experiences 6 -to increase quality of youth works7-to enable the partner organisations get new experiences8- to encourage youngster with fewer opportunities for active participation 9-to support youth for carier plans8-To raise respect for new cultures,beliefs and ideas9-To improve language learning10- To improve self confidence
