The project "Time Machine: Discover the past, imagine the future!" is a multilateral youth exchange that involves 42 young participants aged 15-22 and it will involve 5 European partner (Turkey, Romania, United Kingdom and Serbia) to develop a topic about work and it will be realized in Strona, a little village near Biella. It will be 8 days long and it will be coordinated and implemented by Finis Terrae using non formal education and activities that will directly involve young people. In Europe, right now, the job's situation is quite hard in more than one Country, and we thought that could be really interesting share each Country's experience in the past (which kind of jobs were common in your county), in the present (the present situation, in order to learn from each other the situation and try to find some new idea), to let them say what they think about work and which role has in their life; and the future: try to imagine and dream their job in the future, sharing dreams and projects, focusing also in the top of partecipation and citizenship, to let the youngest understand that they can build their own future and sharing their ideas. It will be great do in the future, a second act of this Exchange, in which we could also build togheter a project to develop in each Country and in future project. The group will as well be involved in get to know activities, session about expectations, trips to know the hosting region, and free time activities. The method applied is encouraging every participant's active involvement in the programme, and free expression of mind. Through group work the project seeks for the personal development of each participants.
