'Think out of the Box' its a 7 days training course constructed to fulfil the needs of staff working with young people and directed to youth workers and youth activists. This course will take place in Leszno, Poland and will involve 26 participants from 6 countries: Turkey, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Romania and Poland. Its very important that youth workers have right tools in order transfer relevant information to the local realities and make others grow,developing their transversal competences and teaching how youth workers can use them to achieve their goals, become more creative and build a better society of tomorrow. Course aims to giving youth workers an opportunity to analyse their level of many transversal competences and soft skills and greatly improve them through activities of non formal education, thus helping them towards being more successful in their personal projects. New, creative methods and activities will be discussed one by one in order for participants to explore them in a structured yet comprehensive way. Space will be given to talk about the tools used to be more effective and creative while working with youngsters. Participants will be asked to prepare Youthpass, so that they can have a better insight in what was thought to them. Participation in the project also will give an opportunity of networking, which will be then used by participants in their future activities. The project will use and promote the methodology of non-formal education, making use of creative and innovative approaches and taking into account input and feedback from the participants. Training foresees the participation of two trainers experienced in the field of youth work in order to ensure a smooth implementation of the project and to reach the most effective results possible.
