After four firsts EVS project, Concordia Auvergne and the Youth House of Issoire, want to host in the frame of the EVS, a young german for 11 months : Lioba. Her activities will be mainly linked to the Web-TV. It is a tool developed by the Youth House in order to create links between the inhabitants of Issoire and to share informations. The main objective of the volunteer will be to support the youngsters so they can express their points of views, opinions, activities on the Web-TV. This tool will also be a way to promote interculturality and intergenarional links throught the themes tackled by Lioba. The volunteer will also take part in the other youth house's activities according to her envies and skills. This EVS will give to the volunteer the opportunity to discover France and our culture and to acquire new skills. It will also be a chance for the Youth House to enrich its activities and to give to the team a new dynamic. Finaly, the presence of a young German in the life in Issoire can enrich local life, open the minds of everyone to intercultural and encourage a new mobility dynamic.
