The European Training "The woman leader - Model of success in fighting against discrimination and violence on women " will take place from 24th of August to 2nd of September in Ia?i, Romania.The participants at this project are 24 youth leaders from Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Poland,Turkey, and Romania. The main theme of this training course is human rights, fight against abuses, humiliations and discrimination to which women are subjected, by promoting the woman leader as model to be followed by the young generation and as model of success in treating this scourge.The objectives of the project are: the participants awareness about the dimension of violence on woman phenomenon, the participants formation as resource persons who will prepare youth as active citizens in combating the discrimination and violence against woman and establish partnerships so as to develop future projects on similar themes. During the training of participants will be used methods of non formal education such as workshops, free discussions, debates, energizers, ice-breakings, role-playing games. Trainers team comprises specialists - factors of expertise in human rights defense activities. At the end of the project, the participants will receive support materials for their active involvement in their communities.The results of the project will be disseminated also through a movie with the synthesis of the project activities and by creating a blog.
