The Way of Information is a project held under Erasmus+ programme, prepared and carried out by 4 groups of volunteers from 4 different countries - Czech Republic, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Hungary. It is designed for 40 young persons (from 15 to 30 years), 10 from each participating country. Participants are already active volunteers in the field of intercultural learing. Together we wanted to focus on the topic of information and its life, mainly in media. We wanted to develop positive and motivating platform for analyzing use of information in media, its nuances and cultural backrounds and later on contributing with own products. We tried to reach the aims through practical workshops, lectures from external experts, disccusions, fun etc. Several activities were planned aswell for public audience, such as international dinner, but locals didn't join in the end, even though we promoted the project and open program. Within the project participants worked in specialised teams (Newsroom, Photographers, Video makers and Fun makers), which were arranged in advance. The aim was to fulfill and meet participants' wishes and interests while at the same time to create dynamic group able to work autonomously as well as in coopertaion with others. The project consists of two basic parts - Advance Planning Visit and the exchange itself. But we plan to continue with the partners on further cooperation, based on positive experience from this project.
