The project has the following objectives:- To bring the people and communities of the border area closer to each other in order to facilitate the joint development of the co-operation area;- Strengthening professional links between cultural heritage specialists;- Dissemination of information and results on cultural heritage for a broader range of people from the two neighbouring counties.The main activities are: the organisation of events and research works (elaboration of Grandmothers cuisine book and SAMCULT magazine -civilization and culture magazine, making an anthropological documentary filmCome to eat bread").The direct target group is formed by specialists in the field of cultural heritage (ethnographers, anthropologists, historians, collections conservators) - approx. 50 persons, by the researched communities (9) and local authorities (9). The indirect target group is represented by the population of Satu Mare and Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg counties (372 933, respective 581 623 inhabitants).Among the project results: 2 symposiums,2 photo camps, 2 exhibitions, 1 film, 1 book, 1 magazine.
