The Underdog Project is based on street based work experience from our organization and foreign partners. It will be implemented to meet the needs of employees who work with troubled kids and fall into certain patterns of action, the lack of new and "fresh" tools and working methods, we would like to invite them to participate in our main project.The training will be equipped streetworkers from partner organizations in new and innovative ways of working with socially excluded young people. During the meeting, the participants will not only gain a number of new skills and knowledge, but also learn all the ins and outs of working with quadrupeds, learning to "in practice" (meetings with experts, visits to the animal shelter and Section of "WOPR").The project has been divided into 3 key phases: preparatory, TC implementation, the final evaluation along with the dissemination of results.The training will be organized in Ełk (Masurian district- Poland) from 23rd to 30th of June 2016, which will take 24 participants (street workers) and 2 experienced trainers from Poland, Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Macedonia, at the age of 22-35 years.The project will be carried out in English, relying on tools from non-formal education. Workshops, educational visits, group work, discussions, presentations, intercultural evenings, evaluation sessions.Therefore, with our training, street workers will become even more experienced employees who, through self-improvement and personal development, new knowledge and skills will be able to help young people who are at a disadvantage to others.
