The overall objective of the action is the creation of conditions for intercultural dialogue and decreasing of the social exclusions risk of the sensitive groups. Achievements: 1. Two concepts for the establishment of the system of public services and two programmes for their implementation supporting the integration of the sensitive groups into local community of small towns on the examples of of Kętrzyn (Poland) and Svetly (Russia) developed.2. Complete two technical documentations of the Cross-Border Physical Culture Centers in Kętrzyn and Svetly elaborated.3. Qualifications of the employees in the system of public services in Kętrzyn and Svetly improved through their participation in 4 thematic workshops (number of trained persons during general block – 140; number of certificates confirming the upgrade of the qualifications in other three workshops – 90) and two-day study visit for 45 participants of the workshops in Svetly (Russia).4. Kick-off (80 participants) and final (150 participants) project conferences organized.5. Two-day Paralympics organized for 60 participants.6. Two integration trips for 60 participants of the Paralympics organized.
