The project will bring together youth leaders, workers, trainers, teachers from different ethnic and national Minority groups live in Europe . The group from different cultural and religion background will live and work under common roof for 5 days. The project will increase ability of youth leaders/trainers to respond to the needs of young people who are from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and improves the level of their competences in dealing with interfaith challenges they meet during implementing international and local youth projects. The project will help and support participants in improving their competence (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Values) in the field of inter-religious dialogue; The training will promote peace by developing a project and which is fighting against discrimination, racism, antisemitism, xenophobia and Islam phobia and other phenomena, which disturb the process of peace in the world. The activity will be a good example to build, live and work in peace environment and increase participants skills to develop their skills and to create an inter cultural dialogue in a multicultural environment, to exchange best practices through project examples on how to engage young people in interfaith dialogue. It has an innovative approach- to attract young people’s awareness about European issues, inter-cultural and inter-religious dialogue , tolerance and freedom of speech. The project combined three different elements: a training, best practice exchange and a forum to discuss the new strategic plan of the movement. The project will be based on a balanced mixture of interactive methods promote and share best practice between each other. During the project, participants will be provided with theoretical background on how to facilitate reflections after various activities. Afterwards, there will be several opportunities for each participant to train newly adopted methods. This is aimed to inspire participants to incorporate these activities in their own youth work and gain mastery in closing activities. Supported by reflection after activities, young people can truly learn from experiential activities. The course will train youth leaders and youth workers to act as multipliers. The project will support to collect and share best practices within the network by learning from each other’s and create a data base accessible via Internet in order to allow continuation of knowledge exchange after project and to develop strategies, establish new contacts and develop common project ideas in the framework of Erasmus+. There will be establish "Networking against Discrimination, Intolerance and Exclusion through Youth Work" which will be public group for sharing Peace initiatives and supports Peace dialogues.
