The main objective of the project is to increase competitiveness of companies from Gizycko District and Alytus City via organisation of cooperation between companies from the partners cities, to increase qualifications employees of companies, to create proper conditions for education in vocational schools. Expected Results: In the frame of the project the partners plan to organise conferences, business exhibitions (business forum), trainings for employees of companies, to publicise a study – Business in Gizycko District and Alytus City, and, finally, to organise of practice for students from vocational schools in partners country. The project includes also infrastructure works: reconstruction of the Centre of Vocational Education in Gizycko and purchase and installation of a new equipment here and purchase of equipment for Alytus Vocational Training Centre.
