The youth exchange "The Power of IT" will take place in May 2015 and the main project venue is Pärnu in Estonia. There is altogether 5 partners. The receiving partner is Pärnumaa Kutsehariduskeskus, a vocational training centre, providing education to 1300 students at time. The sending organizations are: Kapadokya Eğitim Akademisi Derneği from Turkey; Colorful House from Georgia, ASOCIATIA RADU GRECEANU from Romania and Armenian Progressive Youth from Armenia. The project activities will take place for 5 days (excluding travelling days) and bring together 25 young participants and 6 youth leaders. The main topic of the project is usage of ICT tools in education, youth work and everydaylife. The project activities are both, theoretical and practical - the exchange days are designed and organised so that the practical part will follow to the theoretical part - it is important that the participants can practice the knowledge immediatly. Altogether 6 participants with fewer opportunities will participate in the project. These participants have fewer opportunities, which are depending on their geographical locational - in rural areas, there are not so many opportunities for participating in different youth events, socialize with young people from different cultural backround, therefore it is imprtant to include these young people in order to let them be more social entrepreneurial and active. The project activities are all carried out by using non-formal study methods. Discussions, team work, excursions, study visits, games, watching the videos and movies, work shops, sharing the experiences and role plays will take place during the project period.
