Project "The method of tutoring as innovative way of working with young people at risk of social exclusion" in its idea presents a valuable initiative of innovative character and corresponds in its assumptions to needs of early social intervention. The final product at the stage of dissemination and mainstreaming policy is novel and comprehensive educational method which is based upon tutoring. The essence of the project is to develop, disseminate and implement the use of the educational work in the field of social intervention and prevention of social exclusion of young people. The entire program is aimed at the development of dignity, social relations, including also those which are necessary in the search for employment.
The project enhances cooperation between European countries, favoring the exchange of knowledge, know-how and educational practices beyond borders, strengthen by a network structure that will last on time for future new projects and exchanges on lifelong learning. Besides, partners will significantly increase their European awareness and forge new relationships across the continent.
New experience of cooperation and possibility to compare and improve the working with young people at risk of social exclusion and usage of methodology will attain in the result of the project the partnership organizations; established information net will improve the development of new cooperation.
Organisations’ staff will improve own professional ability and knowledge, as well develop useful private contacts.
Tutors and young people will expand practically available knowledge of own and other European countries’ tutoring , will expand knowledge about culture of other nations, will improve communicative and language skills, which is expected to positively affect own professional competence.
