The project enables to find own area of initiative for young people, to support their leadership and participation through the EVS in NESEHNUTÍ Brno, Czech Republic. We want to support young people in their own activities that can inspire and motivate other young people to participate on public matters. The goal of the project is to involve the volunteer to the various areas of activities in our organization - topic and type of work - and contribute to developing of volunteer's interest and competencies to implement own initiative way. Year of EVS in NESEHNUTI will include rich variety of visiting places, meetings with people active in human rights, environment protection, civic participation, peacebuilding, multicultural issues. Volunteer will visit many institutions, schools, will meet youth from various social and cultural background in Czech Republic - Czech, Roma youth, youth from incoming families. Volunteer will get inside to many topics through the colourful program in NESEHNUTÍ and together with other co-workers and volunteers in organization will form own initiative way and interest (supported by project proposal). We expect that volunteer will be open to new ideas, want to communicate, learn and be part of actual events, try new actions in NGO and develope own action in the home region.
