The general objective of the project is to enhance the impact of the human capital on the territorial cohesion of the border area. The project aims at investigating and analyzing the quality of the human capital in connection with the economic development in 4 counties across the border, increasing the knowledge of the enterprises to use the existing human capital stock across the border, as well as at facilitating a better valorization of the existing human capital in Satu Mare and Hajdu Bihar counties. The main activities of the project are: research study (7 Experts meetings, desk research, field research, data processing and final report), cross border forums for the companies from the border area, cross border job fairs.Target groups: -experts and students of the partners, - local companies Main results of the project: - a cross border research study, 2 cross border forums for knowledge transfer, -2 cross borders fairs to valorize the human capital of the cross border area, -20 companies from the target area, awarded of role of the human capital quality on the economic and social development
